This website (“the site”) is operated by Vojtech Hýbl trading as Rocks on Paper (further referred to as “Rocks on Paper”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Our products and services

At Rocks on Paper, we take pride in offering high-quality products. Due to the recycled nature of the paper stocks we use, there may be slight variations in their colour, although this is rarely the case. However, rest assured that any variations are minimal and do not diminish the quality of the product.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice at any time. We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of a service or product. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

Delivery, returns and exchanges

We take great care in carefully packaging your items and Rocks on Paper is not liable for any damage that occurs during transport. We aim to post all items within 5 working days, however, this is not a guarantee. Once your order is posted, we are unable to alter your order nor guarantee when it will be delivered to you. The latter lies solely with our delivery provider (Royal Mail and their international partners).

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your item, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. You also have the right to cancel your order up to 6 hours after purchase. As a buyer, you are responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition. In the unlikely event that there is a genuine fault with your item, and you believe it to be a product defect, please contact us and we will arrange a refund or exchange for you. We cannot accept exchanges for non-faulty items.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Rocks on Paper is not responsible for delays due to customs.

UK buyers can choose 2nd class (standard) or 1st class postage. You can choose a tracked or non-tracked option for international shipping. However, we strongly encourage you to choose International tracked to ensure your order reaches the customer.

DISCLAIMER FOR NON-TRACKED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please note that Rocks on Paper cannot guarantee a delivery date and will not be held responsible if your order does not reach its destination. Unfortunately, as a small business, we are unable to offer any refunds for non-delivery of non-tracked items.

Transactions

By using this site, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases made at our store and that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. We reserve the right to refuse any order or refuse service to anyone, for any reason at any time.
